Emotional Spectrum

Summer’s almost here! Woohoo!

Temperatures here in North Carolina have been all over the place, though.

A couple weeks ago my apartment opened our pool, and I got a head start on my summer tan. But this week I’ve had to break out my jeans and sweatshirts again!

Much like this varying spring weather, there are different degrees to our emotions, too.

It’s important that students learn to identify what degree of emotion they are feeling in different situations, rather than just mad, sad, happy, etc.

In these worksheets, students will identify what things make them feel each level of one emotion.
